As indicated in the Court Order issued on October 23, 2009, the injunction on implementation and enforcement of the 2009 amendments pertaining to bottled water products will expire at 11:59 p.m. October 30, 2009. Therefore, on October 31st, bottled water - including flavored or nutritionally enhanced water, which does not contain sugar - will be subject to New York's Returnable Container Act.
